This intensive one-day demonstration workshop will take artists through all aspects of the technical side of video art production. Whether you shoot your own work or someone does it for you, this course will give you a broad understanding of best practice from sourcing your equipment to production, post-production and exhibition. Ideally, the workshop will give you the knowledge and skills allowing you to have more control of your video art production so you can produce work of a high technical standard. The workshop will offer an opportunity to learn various ways of making and exhibiting work that will allow new possibilities for your practice.
Professional Artist Workshop Series or P.A.W.S. is a dLux feature workshop that occurs bi-annually or can be arranged through specific enquiries, for example, through TAFE or universities wanting to expose senior students studying a media arts related degree or course to a unique and worthwhile experience.
